Syllabus
Session 2: The World of Work
This session focuses on understanding careers and the world of work. Learners explore different job options, learn what skills employers look for, and think about how their own interests match with career paths. The aim is to build awareness before planning the next steps.
Session 3: Finding Inspiration & Support
This session helps learners identify role models who inspire them and understand the qualities that lead to success. It also guides them to build a personal support team for emotional, informational, and financial help. The aim is to show that career growth is easier with guidance and support from others.
Session 4: Mapping Educational Pathways
This session helps learners understand the different education options after 10th standard. It explains streams like Science, Commerce, and Arts, as well as vocational and distance learning choices. The aim is to guide learners in mapping clear pathways toward their career goals.
Session 5: Goal Setting & Backup Plans
This session guides learners to set a main career goal and create strong backup options. It explains how to build a clear Plan A, while also preparing Plan B and Plan C for safety. The aim is to help learners stay confident and flexible even if their first choice changes.
